Finding it hard to get crew? Don't overlook your kids!

Peter Hrones, owner of Hans on Deck ,and Windcraft Australia usually has no problem finding crew from amongst his staff & fellow marina workers. This experienced bunch had managed a second or third in most of the Monday night twilights so far this season. However, come the Monday before Christmas,staff on holidays-no crew! A quick call home & Peter's wife quickly arrived with the three little Hrones boys. The kids had been waiting for this opportunity to show Dad who was the real gun crew - and,despite the average age of 7, sailed to first place!

The family crew went on to make this a Hat-trick , three firsts in a row.
