I was wondering if anyone has gone down the path of getting an IRC rating? Is so, how well do we rate, are we potentially competitive in IRC?

The reason I am keen to know is simply that I am fed up with being penalised a further 3% each time we win a race. We have reached the point where we are giving some 36 and 37 footers 20% - pretty tough when you have to give them 20 minutes in a 100 minute race!
